Vietnamese Teachers’ Day 20/11 is a special occasion for students to express their gratitude to the teachers who have wholeheartedly guided them on their learning journey.
At Horizon International Bilingual School, this year’s celebration took place in a warm, emotional atmosphere where every performance became a beautiful tribute to the dedicated educators of the school.
Emotional Opening Performances
The ceremony began with a heartfelt rendition of “In This Moment”. The harmonious blend of guitar, organ, drums, and cajon accompanied by the pure voices of young Horizon artists created a touching musical atmosphere that captivated the entire audience.
Vibrant Performances from Primary Students
The Horizon campus lit up with excitement as Grade 1A and 1B students took the stage with their lively dance performance “Winding Buttons”.
Their adorable hats, energetic movements, and bright smiles spread joy across the schoolyard, earning enthusiastic applause from everyone present.
A Special Tribute Video Filled with Heartfelt Messages
One of the most memorable highlights of the celebration was a touching video featuring loving messages from Horizon students and parents. Each word, each smile, and each heartfelt expression reflected deep appreciation for the teachers who nurture knowledge, kindness, and confidence in students every day.
This emotional moment brought tears to the eyes of many teachers.
Dance Club Lights Up the Stage
The atmosphere became even more vibrant with a dynamic performance from the Dance Club.
Powerful yet charming choreography, combined with the confident and energetic spirit of the young dancers, created an exciting and memorable highlight of the celebration.
A Fun & Lively Teacher-Guessing Game
Laughter filled the schoolyard during the “Guess the Teacher” game.
From amusing “unrecognizable” photos, adorable childhood pictures, to mysterious clues — the activity sparked excitement and strengthened the bond between students and teachers through joyful interactions.
A Heartfelt Moment from the Parent Representative
One of the most touching moments was when the Parent Representative presented flowers to the Principal, expressing the collective gratitude of all Horizon parents.
This gesture honored the dedication, care, and commitment the school continuously invests in nurturing every Horizon student.
A Musical Finale That Touched Every Heart
The celebration concluded with a deeply emotional performance by student Bich Tam, teacher Mr. Thanh Son, and the Primary students.
Their gentle voices and heartfelt melodies delivered the most meaningful message of gratitude, closing Vietnamese Teachers’ Day with music, love, and sincere appreciation.
The Vietnamese Teachers’ Day 20/11 celebration at Horizon International Bilingual School was more than an annual event — it was a journey of emotions, gratitude, and heartfelt connections.
