Mission

The mission of the Horizon Alumni is to create a lifelong and worldwide community of alumni through increased opportunities for meaningful engagement to raise awareness, pride, participation, volunteer involvement, and philanthropic commitment to Horizon International Bilingual School. The Horizon Alumni will provide various tangible benefits including career services, networking opportunities, special events and lectures, and the opportunity to connect with and inspire students and graduates, promoting the interests of the institution by strengthening ties between its alumni and active students, and by sustaining services to satisfy their needs. 

Vision

Horizon Alumni envisions a respectful, friendly, and inclusive network that is accommodating and interactive for alumni of all ages and their friends, families, and visitors, with clear connections to industry and related companies with the potential to facilitate mentoring, internships, and job development for students and alumni. 

Guiding Principles

The Horizon Alumni is guided by principles grounded in the same core teacher and learner attributes around which education at Horizon is centered — confident, responsible, innovative, reflective, engaged, and principled. 

1. Horizon Alumni values the dignity of and differences among its members and shall include each alumni's potential aspirations so that each person feels accepted and respected as a member of the Horizon Alumni community.
2. Horizon Alumni shall promote the continuation of heritage and pride, creating opportunities for meaningful interaction between and among its alumni and students to strengthen the sense of community and extend it to the rest of the world.
