Family Sports Day for Horizon’s Secondary and High School students was truly explosive at the MSC field, where each House Team competed not only for victory but to showcase their youthful energy, determination, and remarkable team spirit.
Right from the first challenge – Horizon Challenge Circuit – students demonstrated speed, agility, and teamwork through a series of continuous physical activities. Every sprint, every pass, and every obstacle conquered reflected the fierce fighting spirit of Horizon’s youth.
Next came the Balloon Tower Challenge, where creativity and strategy played a decisive role. Students, parents, and teachers worked together to build the tallest and most stable balloon towers. Moments when the towers leaned or collapsed, followed by laughter and quick rebuilds, created a lively and heartwarming atmosphere.
During the Mega Throw Relay, the MSC field seemed to ignite as students showcased their throwing power, relay speed, and strong coordination. Their agility, strength, and determination turned the competition into an intense and energetic highlight.
The event concluded with Tug of War, a thrilling and emotional showdown. House Teams pulled with all their might amid roaring cheers. Determined eyes, synchronized rhythms, and the joy of gaining an advantage—all combined to create unforgettable memories of the sports festival.
Family Sports Day was more than a series of challenges — it was a meaningful journey for Secondary and High School students to build resilience, teamwork, and a spirit of breakthrough.
A vibrant, exhilarating day that will surely become one of the most cherished memories of their Horizon school years.
